The airstrip is 2000 feet long and located between Highway 43 and Spur 449 (old 134). The landings are 26 and 10. There are power lines at each end of the runway currently and it is currently a grass strip.

Currently there are six lots available at the Airpark; 4 are 1 acre in size and two are half acre and one third acre respectively. The lots are 120 feet wide in most cases and 400 feet deep for the 1 acre lots. Building on the lots must be approved by the Caddo Springs Property Owner Association. Recommendations on houses are 2500 square feet in size and 70 percent Masonry construction: i.e. brick or stone. Hardie Plank does not count as masonry construction.
