Welcome to the newly created Caddo Springs Airpark private field located in Karnack, Texas. The runway is 2000 feet long x 40 feet wide. Currently looking for pilots who want to construct their home in an exclusive smaller airpark with limited airpark home lots. The airpark is minutes away from Caddo Lake and Caddo State Park and is quiet, sleepy little town in the East Texas Pine forest.

Our History

The Caddo Springs Airpark was carved out of a 48 acre tract acquired in 2023 by Kevin and Sumi Barnes, who have a residence nearby. Ever since the Fly-n-Fish went out of business, there have not been any airports servicing Caddo Lake and Karnack. This airpark hopes to change that and provide a comfortable airstrip to land and explore Karnack. There was a heavily wooded tract where the airstrip now resides and an ice house known as Miller's Grocery operated in the location by the east end of the airstrip and Old 134 Road. It has been vacant for many years and overgrown with trees and brush until 2023 when the airstrip construction was initially commenced. There is a creek which borders the airstrip on the north and a small stream that runs year-round. A water crossing was carved out where the loggers had strewn logs across the creek to harvest for pulp wood. On the Southwest end of the airpark there is a hangar area which will be leased to prospective tenants in the future.
