About Us

Caddo Springs Airpark is a small pilot community airport under construction in Karnack, Texas nearby Caddo Lake. The land has a gentle slope from south to north feeding Martin's Creek which borders the airstrip on the north side. The airstrip will have a grass surface 2000 feet long with the runway running east and west. The elevation on the west end (9) is 10 feet higher than the east side (27). For more information, look at the survey map of the airstrip. Currently there are six lots or home sites available with approximately six hangar sites available. Current Developments

As of this writing, the Phase 1 lots have been cleared and are ready for sale. Some of the lots have had dirt hauled in to stabilize and firm up the ground for vehicle traffic, but most of the lots have just been cleared by a mulcher. Most of the trees have been removed with a few exceptions and those that remain will have to be approved for removal. Lot 3 has a small pond as the result of the topography sloping towards a small depression. Additional work will be required to make it a year round pond since it dries out in the summer.
